PRACTICE POLICIES
At The Foot and Ankle Institute of San Francisco, we value our patients and their time. That's why we ask that patients take the time to fill out the forms available for download on our website to bring to their first appointment with us. This saves time and allows Dr. Metaxas more time to spend with each individual patient.
We also ask that, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you provide at least 24 hours notice. To do so, you can call us at (415) 433-3668.
We accept a variety of insurance providers. Our office staff can assist you with determining if we accept your insurance. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment.
